· Serve as the initial
point of contact for resolution of desktop/laptop/mobile related problems
in a 56,000+ customer enterprise

technical support to the USSOCOM, the Global Enterprise Operations Center
(GEOC) and its Enterprise components, over the phone or on site as
required.

servers; file servers; print servers; network access; mobile devices;
Active Directory; DNS; Certificate Servers; MS System Console Operations
Manager (SCOM); Exchange; virtualization; Solarwinds; Microsoft LYNC /
Skype for Business; VMware and Continuity of Operations (COOP).
· Provides
technical support and troubleshooting; performs installation; repair; and
preventative maintenance of Data Center servers and related software.
· Performs
regular hardware and software updates; and provides troubleshooting and
technical support services.
